About the Role
1547 Critical Systems Realty is hosting a Fishing Tournament for clients, partners, and guests, and we're looking for upbeat, dependable Support Staff to help make the day a success.
You'll work directly with our marketing team to welcome participants, keep the event organized, and make sure guests have a great experience from check-in to wrap-up. It's a fun, fast-paced, one-time opportunity to gain event and marketing experience with a growing telecommunications company.

Responsibilities
● Staff the registration table and check in participants and guests
● Help set up the event space, signage, tables, and branded materials before the tournament
● Provide on-site assistance to guests and the marketing team throughout the day
● Help bring in the day's catch, carrying fish from the boat basin to the picnic area
● Help with giveaways, refreshments, and any other activities as directed
● Run errands as needed, such as picking up and dropping off supplies, ice, or food
● Assist with breakdown and cleanup at the end of the event

Qualifications
● College student or entry-level candidate; marketing, hospitality, or event experience is a plus but not required
● Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable greeting and assisting guests
● Reliable and punctual, including for an early start if required
● Comfortable working outdoors in sun and heat for an extended day
● Able to lift and carry up to roughly 25 lbs (tables, coolers, supplies)
● Comfortable handling/transporting fresh fish from Kewalo Basin to Ala Moana Park (fish will be fileted and bagged – gloves provided also – but we need someone who is not afraid to get a little messy just in case)
● Organized and able to follow direction in a fast-paced setting
● Required: Access to a reliable car, a valid driver's license, and willingness to make local pickups and drop-offs as needed
Schedule & Compensation

This is a one-time, temporary position covering approximately 10 to 12 hours, including setup and breakdown. Pay is $25 to $35 per hour depending on experience, for an estimated total of $250 to $420 for the event.
