Kendra Lane, Human Biomechanics Specialist and Owner of Alignment Personal Training will share with us how neglecting your posture can lead to serious issues like back pain or even a hunched back. Improving your posture involves more than just "head up" and "shoulders back."
Come to the Diamond Head Theater lawn to learn and practice exercises that combat the negative effects of sitting at a computer and make your body more resilient for sports and other activities. Snacks will be provided after the session.
Activities will include:
- Self- assessments
- Exercises
- Myofascial release
