Join the Chamber and attorneys from Torkildson, Katz, Hetherington, Harris & Knorek for an update on recently published guidelines issued by the Department of Labor (DOL) and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) related to COVID-19. We will be discussing important matters including, wage and hour issues relating to telework and discussing the hot topic of whether to make vaccinations mandatory for employees to return to the workplace.
With plans to enter Phase 2 of the vaccination plan in Summer 2021, employers need to plan ahead, draft a policy and be prepared on how to address employees who need reasonable accommodations. The session will be followed by Q&A session.
