Alan Aldwell
Senior Director, Sales & Service
University of Hawaii at Manoa, Athletics Department
Alan Aldwell joined the University of Hawaii Athletics Department in partnership with Playfly Aspire in June of 2024.
Aldwell currently holds the position of Senior Director, Ticket Sales & Service. His responsibilities include oversight of the ticket sales & service team who generate revenue for Hawaii Athletics through season ticket sales, group hospitality sales, and H-Club contributions.
Aldwell previously worked as the Vice President of Premium Seating for the Barclays Center overseeing all suite and club sales for the Brooklyn Nets, New York Liberty, concerts & special events. Prior to that he spent a decade in various ticket sales & service roles with the New York Mets, Pittsburgh Pirates, & the Toronto Blue Jays.
Throughout his career, he has helped achieve numerous attendance and ticket sales records at PNC Park, Citi Field, and The Barclays Center.
The Washington, D.C. native earned his B.S. in Business Management from East Carolina University in 2011.
He and his fiance Rachel currently reside in Nu'uanu. They enjoy traveling, quality time with family at the beach, being on the golf course, or in the community volunteering with local organizations.
Jennifer Oyer

Jennifer Oyer, CFRE, serves as the Principal & Managing Director of Community Impact Advisors, a boutique consulting firm that supports the work of nonprofit organizations in Hawaii and across the country to transform their communities and be leaders in innovation, progressive and critical thinking, and collaboration.
Her passion to serve others and the community, combined with nearly 20 years of fund development experience driving strategy, execution, and building incredible teams, has allowed her to raise over $55 Million for education, healthcare, and most recently for The Salvation Army, Hawaiian and Pacific Islands as their Chief Development Officer.
Jennifer is dedicated to the nonprofit community sharing her expertise as exemplified by her participation on national and local boards. Recognized by Hawaii Business Magazine as 20 for the Next 20: Hawaii's People to Watch in 2017, she has also been recognized by Pacific Business News' Women Who Mean Business, is a Forty Under 40 honoree, and a Patsy T. Mink Fellow. Jennifer was also honored with the first "Young Professional of the Year" award by the Chamber of Commerce Hawaii, is a founding board member of the Young Professionals program, and is a proud Rotarian of the Rotary Club of Honolulu.
