Hawaii Executives Elected to the Hawaii Employers Council Board of Governors

Honolulu, HI – At its recent annual meeting, the Hawaii Employers Council announced the election of seven Hawaii executives to serve three-year terms as Board members effective January 1, 2021. The incoming Board members are:

Terrance Aratani, CEO, Ko’olauloa Health Center
Ed Hudson, SEVP, Chief People Officer, Bank of Hawaii
Derek Kanehira, Sr. VP, Human Resources, Alexander & Baldwin
Vivian Yasunaga, Executive VP & CFO, Child & Family Service
Richard Chinen, VP of Store Operations, KTA Super Stores
Warren Haruki, President & CEO, Grove Farm Company
Harrilynn Kameenui, Sr. VP of Administration & Legal Affairs, General Counsel, Pulama Lanai

The Hawaii Employers Council (HEC) is a nonprofit employer association dedicated to helping employers build skilled, engaged, and effective workforces. Founded in 1943, HEC has been serving Hawaii’s business community for more than 77 years. HEC serves over 800 employers statewide with strategic human resources consultancy on employment law, employee and labor relations, collective bargaining negotiations, pay data and compensation, organizational effectiveness, and training.
