Justine is an experienced enrollment and admissions professional with nearly a decade of experience in higher education. She's currently an Outreach Partnership Specialist at UMGC. Her background spans multiple roles in student recruitment, admissions, and marketing at institutions such as National University, The University of Southern Mississippi, Saint Stanislaus High School, and Menlo College.

 Justine is a proud graduate of Waipahu High School, Class of 2015. Her local roots fuel her passion for expanding educational access and uplifting communities across the islands.

Jeannie Lum is an Outreach Partnership Specialist at the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC), connecting Hawaii’s diverse communities to flexible, career-relevant education. With 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, and student affairs, she’s passionate about helping people succeed through learning. Jeannie leads outreach efforts across the islands, builds community and business partnerships, and engages in meaningful conversations to align educational opportunities with people’s goals. A proud mom of two and a recent online learner, she earned a professional certificate in digital marketing—giving her firsthand insight into the adult student experience. She also holds an MBA and a BA in Marketing and Broadcasting. Jeannie currently resides in Ewa Beach.
