About Us
Pacific Global Security Group (PacSec) is a mission-driven cybersecurity firm protecting the systems that matter most to U.S. national security and critical infrastructure. Headquartered in Honolulu with operations in Austin, Colorado Springs, and Europe, PacSec operates at the intersection of defense, space, cyber operations, and industrial resilience.
Our team is composed of senior practitioners drawn from the U.S. military, intelligence community, Big Four consulting, and elite international cyber programs. With active TS/SCI-cleared personnel, PacSec delivers trusted execution in classified and high-consequence environments where failure is not an option.
PacSec specializes in securing complex IT, OT, and cloud ecosystems supporting warfighters, space operations, energy systems, and government missions. Our core capabilities include cyber range operations, RMF and ATO execution, Zero Trust architecture, OPSEC, XDR, and incident response, integrated to meet the most demanding technical and regulatory standards.
Owned by the Kahi'olani Foundation, a Native Hawaiian Organization, PacSec pairs mission excellence with long-term stewardship. We reinvest in culture, education, and community while enabling government partners to move faster, reduce risk, and strengthen operational resilience.
At PacSec, cybersecurity is not a service, it is a responsibility. We exist to defend national interests, deliver with discipline, and build enduring trust through execution.

Kuha’i Rickert
For over 25 years, I have lived and worked overseas in some of the world’s most powerful—and at times, most secretive—organizations. My career spans Japan, the United Arab Emirates, Hawai‘i, and Switzerland, blending global experience with deep cultural roots. I’ve held senior leadership roles in cybersecurity and critical infrastructure protection, serving government, military, and corporate sectors across four continents. This path has given me a unique vantage point: navigating cultures, intelligence-driven environments, and mission-critical systems at the intersection of technology, national security, and geopolitics. Today, as CEO of Pacific Global Security Group, I carry forward that global perspective while investing in Hawai‘i’s future through the Kahiʻolani Foundation.
