Last month, engineers from our Engineering Sector Partnership made an impact at Ilima Intermediate's Math and Science Family Night. Their booth introduced parents, guardians, and students to the diverse career opportunities in engineering, while also highlighting the math skills needed to succeed in the field. At Dole Middle School, our Engineering Sector Partnership’s Mana Wahine Panel inspired and engaged middle school girls. Six female engineers shared their personal journeys and experiences in engineering. Thank you to all the employers who participated!

@waipahusafehaven - an Immigrant and Migrant Resource Center that received a grant in 2024 from our Public Health Fund first opened as a computer access and sewing skills center. It has grown to encompass a broader focus to uplift many from poverty.
