Project Manager, Special Projects

Role Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Project Manager, Special Projects to lead critical initiatives across operations, supply chain, facilities, and technology. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role will drive high-impact projects that improve efficiency, scale operations, and support strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cross-functional projects from planning through execution.

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; track and report on progress.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver results.

• Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure timely project delivery.

• Support business transformation and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years in project management, operations, consulting, or similar fields.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or food industries a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Experience working or studying in Hawaii; appreciation of the Hawaiian culture
