Short-Term Election Clerk

This is a unique opportunity to participate in the civic process, support Hawaii's elections, fulfill an important civic responsibility, and get paid while doing so.

Option 1: Election Clerk I

• Assignment Dates: October 13, 2026 – November 3, 2026
• Schedule: 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM
• 45-minute lunch break
• Weekly pay
• Opportunity to support voter services, ballot processing, data entry, voter registration activities, and election operations.

• Assignment Dates: October 20, 2026 – November 3, 2026
• Schedule: 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM
• 45-minute lunch break
• Weekly pay
• Opportunity to assist with voter support, ballot processing, administrative functions, and election-related services.

• Have at least 6 months of customer service experience
• Possess basic computer skills and can type 35 WPM
• Have strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Can stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Are dependable and able to meet deadlines
• Are willing to work overtime when necessary
• Are fluent in Ilocano or Chinese (a plus, but not required)
