Honeywell Smart Energy is seeking a full-time Program Manager to join our team in Honolulu, HI. The Program Manager is responsible for program development and delivery, budgeting and forecasting (profit and loss statements), contracts management and reporting in support of program goals and objectives. You will serve as the primary point of contact and representative of Honeywell for demand response and water conservation projects and will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the project per the terms of each contract while keeping customer satisfaction and our business in mind.  Related duties include: assess project issues and develop resolutions, develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress, and developing intervention and corrective actions as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Science,  or Business/Finance 
• 5-7 years of management experience with client engagement, P&L responsibility, talent management and project management experience.


• PE, CEM or PMP certifications highly desired
• Energy efficiency in commercial buildings or utility sector
• Facility management / engineering / building controls experience
• People management experience with an ability to direct and motivate a team
• Excellent organization skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• An ability to train others 
• Strong technical writing skills
