Operations Manager - Oahu

POSITION SUMMARY
 
Excellent Customer service both internal and external.  Oversees company processes and adds improvements to it. 
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Able to communicate and explain to the customers schedule of work and payment plans for job orders. 
 
Accounts receivable, payables, collections.

 
QUALIFICATIONS 
 
Communication skills a must.   
Able to follow up with emails, phone calls to satisfaction of customers.
Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Google drive, power point and more.
Knowledge of the program Xero.  Will train.
Highly motivated.  Team work, able to motivate others.  Able to inspire others.
Adaptable.
Highly Organized.
 
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Previous Operations experience. 
Understanding of Financial processes.
Will train on various other programs.
Interpersonal Skills.
 
EQUIPMENT, MACHINES, VEHICLE
 
Computers, Telephones, Copiers.
 
WORK ENVIRONMENT
 
Indoor and outdoor environments – exposure to hot and cold temperatures and different weather conditions. 
 
WORK SCHEDULE
 
Flexible – Able to work Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. Occasional weekends.
3 months Introductory period.
