Prior to joining FCH Enterprises\, Jason worked as a Honolulu Attorney from 1990 to 1995\, working in the areas of litigation and transactional law. \n\n\n\nIn 1995\, Jason returned to FCH Enterprises and worked in different positions with the family business before assuming the position of CEO and President in 2003. Jason currently serves in the position of CEO for FCH Enterprises.\n\n\n\n\nKit Millan\n\nSenior Vice President\, Asset Management\n\nAlexander & Baldwin\n\n\n\nKit is responsible for asset management\, property management\, marketing and operations of A&B's commercial real estate portfolio in Hawaii. Prior to joining A&B\, Millan was director of asset management for Kamehameha Schools (Bishop Estate) where he had full P&B responsibility for the organization's $3.5 billion commercial real estate portfolio. \n\n\n\nMillan holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's degree from the University of California\, Los Angeles and is an Iolani School graduate. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute. Milan is dedicated supporter of the community and is president emeritus on the board of The Early School\, serves on the board of Chamber of Commerce Hawaii and coaches youth soccer for FC Hawaii.\n\n\n\n\n\nMonica Toguchi Ryan\n\nPresident & Owner\n\nHighway Inn\n\n\n\nHighway Inn has been feeding the people of Hawaii since 1947.
