Nicole Lim

As Executive Director of Movers and Shakas, Nicole Lim’s homecoming mirrors the path of many returning kamaʻāina. Born and raised in Hawai‘i, Nicole moved to the continent for 20 years to attend college and build a career. She traveled the world as an analog nomad in the five years before the pandemic. Nicole is excited to return home to apply her experiences to build a more resilient Hawai‘i, spend more time with family and friends, and be near the ocean and malasadas.
Lim is a strategy consultant with more than 15 years of international experience in finance and technology. She previously worked as a senior manager in corporate strategy and global expansion for eBay in San Jose, Calif., and as a management consultant for L.E.K. Consulting in Los Angeles and Sydney. A graduate of Iolani School, Lim holds a bachelor’s degree from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Felicia Thomas

Felicia brings a distinguished leadership career in business transformation, strategy, and operational excellence. As the Senior Director, Transformation Office at Hawaiian Airlines, she, and her team drive transformational work, helping the company drive large business initiatives that will foster growth and performance. As an experienced and versatile leader, Felicia brings more than 20 years of people experience with a career spanning multiple industries, geographies, and scale of business with some high-profile brands including deep experience in enabling business transformation.
Felicia has served as Senior Director, Organizational Effectiveness at Hawaiian Airlines. She has also held roles leading business transformation at Acuity Brands (a lighting manufacturing organization), Head of Quality Control Labs for EMD Merck Millipore (a leader in the pharmaceuticals space), Head of Operational Excellence for Integrated Defense Systems at Raytheon (aerospace and defense) and an Operations leader at Gillette in South Boston for Procter and Gamble. Her early leadership beginnings were as a U.S. Army Military Intelligence Officer, in both Active and Reserve components for nearly ten years.
As a continuous improvement and business transformation professional, Felicia’s passion is around business development, growth strategies and overall productivity. She is a productivity expert who has trained numerous teams on lean methodologies and continues to mentor several emerging six-sigma professionals across the globe. During her free time, Felicia enjoys hanging out with her family and three unruly dogs. She was born and raised in Philadelphia and is a proud graduate of Howard University.
