Hear directly from Chris on his journey from working in California's tech industry to returning home and eventually leading his family's restaurant. He'll talk story about the pivots, leadership, and lessons that shaped his path.
Through candid, conversational storytelling, participants will explore what it really looks like to build a career and lead with purpose, even when the path isn't a straight one.

Chris Iwamura is the CEO and third-generation owner of Rainbow Drive-In, one of Hawaii’s most beloved local businesses. After spending more than a decade in California working in the tech industry, Chris returned home to join the family business founded by his grandparents, working his way from food prep and customer service to CEO.
Today, he leads Rainbow Drive-In with a focus on honoring its legacy while embracing innovation, guiding the company through challenges like the COVID-19 pandemic, labor shortages, and continued growth.
