Join us for an empowering YP Professional Development Class presented by Kaiser Permanente "Master Your Mind: Thriving in Change, Learning From Failure".
Dive into the science of resilience for mastering your mindset. Through engaging activities and real-world examples, you’ll learn how the ETO (Event → Thought → Outcome) framework helps you take control of your thoughts and create meaningful outcomes in any situation.
We’ll explore how to embrace and navigate change, find growth in failure, and unlock your full potential by harnessing the motivational power of CAR—Competence, Autonomy, and Relatedness. These concepts are seamlessly woven together to provide a holistic approach to building mental strength, staying adaptable, and maintaining a thriving professional life.
Attend to learn:
- Understand how your brain processes events, how thoughts shape your reality, and how to shift perspectives to create positive outcomes.
- Navigating Change with Confidence: Discover strategies for overcoming challenges and thriving in an ever-changing environment.
- Learning from Failure: Transform setbacks into opportunities for growth and use failure as a powerful tool for resilience.
- The Power of CAR (Competence, Autonomy, Relatedness): Explore how these psychological needs drive motivation, enhance well-being, and foster connections in personal and professional life.
Be inspired and equipped with actionable tools, and ready to face challenges with confidence and clarity. Join us for a session that’s not just about surviving change—it’s about thriving through it.
Registration includes breakfast consisting of croissant and pastries, lilikoi fruit salad, yogurt with granola, orange juice, and coffee.
