Choosing the perfect career can be daunting - especially when faced with tough choices like leaving one job for a new opportunity or reevaluating your career. Finding a job that you love, with a boss you get along with, for an organization that empowers you to make a difference is challenging, while having the flexibility to juggle life events thrown your away, feels like the impossible.
The YP PDC Committee is excited to present a round table discussion with Todd Nacapuy, the Chief Information Officer at HEMIC, to look at real-life examples of how to make the right decisions when it comes to your career and what you're looking for.
Up for discussion:
· Where are you now and where do you want to be?
· What are you struggling with? Do you feel stuck in your career?
· Do you feel like you're making a difference in your current role at organization? Why or why not?
· Would you want your child to work at the Company you currently work for? Why or why not?
Hear what others have done throughout their career, obstacles they faced, and difficult decisions they made and Todd's career advice to help them make the right career moves.
Bring your curiosity and creativity to the event.
