Elliot Mills

Elliot Mills is CEO, Managing Partner of Hawaii Hospitality Group (HHG). This is a company that he with a partner established in 2024 which will focus on hotel asset management projects. Elliot is a true pillar in the Hawaii hospitality industry, having worked in resort management for more than 35 years. Prior to starting HHG, he was the Vice President of Hotel Operations for Disneyland Resort and Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa. He also held various executive and resort management positions on the islands of Kauai, Maui and Oahu.
Elliot gives back to the Hawaii community through service as a board member for HMSA, the Hawaii Community Foundation, the Kamehameha Schools Board of Trustees and Bank of Hawaii Board of Directors.
Born in Hilo on the Big Island of Hawaii, Elliot holds a degree in travel industry management from University of Hawaii at Manoa and completed the Cornell Hospitality Management General Managers Program.
