Bill Coy
Director, Omidyar Fellows
Bill Coy is an experienced coach, consultant, and leadership educator. Organizational and leadership development have been a primary focus of Bill’s work for the past 25 years. He has acted as a coach and consultant to more than 250 executive leaders, including departmental chairs at Stanford Medical School, senior level executives from the World Bank, Honda USA, and major philanthropic Foundations.
As the director, Bill is responsible for the overall success and external impact of the Omidyar Fellows program and the Forum of Fellows. This includes the design, facilitation, staffing, presentation, and evaluation of all elements of the program. He created the original model of the Omidyar Fellows program, including the curriculum and integration of the Forum of Fellows.
Mufi Hanneman
Founder, Pacific Century Fellows
Mufi Hannemann is the President & CEO of the Hawaii Lodging & Tourism Association, the State's largest private sector tourism organization, where he has demonstrated extraordinary leadership in advocating and promoting the state's number one industry. Recognized as one of the industry's top leaders and advocates, he is at the forefront of many of the priority issues that require government and community support.
On a philanthropic note, he leads the single most successful fundraising event, the Visitor Industry Charity Walk, that raises nearly $2.7 million annually to help non-profit organizations throughout the state. In recognition of their contribution to the state's number one industry, they were honored with the distinguished service award by the University of Hawaii School of Travel Industry Management in 2018.
Brittany Montilliano
Program Manager, Patsy T. Mink Center for Business & Leadership
Brittany Montilliano is the Program Manager for the Patsy T. Mink Center for Business & Leadership (MCBL). In her position, she works to support the local Hawaii entrepreneurs, small businesses, and women leaders in the community. She has over 10 years of experience in communications, graphic design, event planning and administrative management. Previously, Brittany developed and coordinated the employee relations programs at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Brittany graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a bachelor’s degree in communications.
Nikki Yamauchi
Co-Chair, YP Mentor Hawaii program
Nikki Yamauchi is the Enterprise Fraud Strategy Manager at American Savings Bank, where she oversees strategic projects and process/procedure improvement in the bank's enterprise-wide fraud area. She has worked in fraud, legal, and regulatory compliance in the local banking industry for the last six years. Nikki also has a background in project management at American Savings Bank, as well as at The Queen's Health Systems. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and currently sits on the board of the Honolulu Chapter of the Project Management Institute.
Prior to banking, Nikki worked as an attorney practicing commercial real estate. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Hawaii William S. Richardson School of Law, and a Bachelors of Science in Economics and Philosophy from Loyola Marymount University in California.
