Kathy Fujiwara is a visionary leader, strategic HR expert, and life coach who has dedicated her career to the development of organizational performance and the personal growth of those she works with. Her innovative approach and unwavering commitment to excellence have solidified her place as a true luminary in the field of human resources and talent management.

Kathy has over 18 years of HR experience and holds a BS in Business, HRM, and an EMBA. She also holds SHRM-CP and PHR designations and is currently working toward her CPCC and ACC coaching designations. Kathy currently is the VP of HR at Tori Richard and conducts HR consulting and coaching engagements with individuals and organizations. She also is an adjunct instructor at Washington State University.
