Join us for an empowering YP PDC "Aloha in Business – Tips and Perspective on building a Successful Career in Hawaii" presented by Kaiser Permanente with guest speaker Blaine Kaho'onei, Founder of Growth Elements.Hear from local business professional and consultant, Blaine Kaho'onei on his perspective about Aloha in Business and his observations following the hyper growth and success of tech giant, Salesforce and its inclusion of Hawaiian values throughout its organization for many years.
He will share his experience seeing it within this organization and a few thoughts on how you might practice Aloha while building your careers as individual contributors, business leaders and future entrepreneurs.

Blaine Kaho'onei is a native Hawaiian entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist. He has a 20+ year career working in technology startups holding a variety of individual and leadership roles, most notably at a then pre-IPO now a successful global enterprise software company, Salesforce.
In his spare time, Blaine volunteers as a lead mentor at Blue Startups Hawaii; consults with tech and non-tech businesses on growth strategies implementing practices taken from his experiences in the high growth, fast paced tech industry; and continues to empower the local Hawaiʻi Community with career awareness, insights, and guidance on opportunities through the technology industry.
