Join us at Kaiser’s Moanalua hospital for the return of YP Field Trips to take an inside look at the value of integrated care, directly from the people who provide it.
This tour, led by Andrew Giles, Chief Operating Officer, includes a private walk-through of Kaiser’s Moanalua facility to tour Digital Imaging, Emergency Department and the Family Birth Center. You’ll be able to hear from a physician and explore both inpatient and outpatient services, including the emergency department, labor and delivery units, and digital imaging.
Field trips are a chance for YP to understand local companies and their work for and in Hawaii, so don’t miss this!
Masks are recommended but not required while indoors. Wear comfortable shoes as there will be a tour of the facility. Light refreshments to be provided.
Books 4 Keiki Book Drive
The YP Wahine is collecting donations of new or gently loved books keiki aged 3-6 years old from March until May to support Books 4 Keiki! A designated YP member will be collecting books at this event, please bring your donations if you have any.
Books 4 Keiki is a 501(c)3 organization which was co-founded by YP member Brandie Ota that helps to provide access to age-appropriate books for pre-k keiki in Title I schools in Hawaii.

Kaiser Permanente Moanalua Medical Center
Andrew is responsible for hospital operations and support services of a 286-bed Medical Center and oversees support services for Kaiser’s 21 outlying clinics and administrative facilities.
Originally from Delaware, Andrew has now resided in Hawaii for the last 12 years, holding various healthcare leadership roles at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital, The Queen’s Medical Center, and Straub Medical Center.

Parking: Take a right into the first driveway into the medical center. Do not park in the lot for the emergency department (second driveway). Carpooling is recommended. There is valet parking located below on the 4th floor if parking is not available. That is validated as well.
