Everyday, the Institute for Human Services (IHS) provides accommodations and basic necessities to hundreds of homeless individuals at its Emergency Shelters.

Jill Wright, Director of Philanthropy and Community Relations, and our very own YP member, Angie Knight, Marketing Coordinator, will make a presentation, lead a tour, and solicit your feedback.
Angie Knight
Marketing Coordinator
Angie Knight is the Marketing Coordinator at IHS, The Institute for Human Services. She designs printed and digital communication pieces and manages the organization’s social media and website. In her role, Angie distills complex social issues for all ages and backgrounds, instilling each person’s ability to help end cycles homelessness. Angie holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington and a Master of Public Policy from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. She is passionate about public discourse, cross-cultural and inter-generational collaboration, and facilitating opportunities for individuals to interact with new concepts and ideas.
Jill Wright
Director for Philanthropic and Community Relations
Jill Wright is the Director for Philanthropy and Community Relations at IHS, The Institute for Human Services. She is responsible for development, communications, marketing, and community partnerships. In her role, Jill builds bridges between non-profit partners, public servants, corporations, and the community through education, training and volunteer events. Before coming to IHS in 2019, she served as a program manager and consultant for educational technology companies including eCollege (now a Pearson company), and Campus Labs (now Anthology), and was the former director for higher education programs at USA Today. Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Sociology from Georgetown University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver.
