Tricia Fetui

Tricia Fetui is the Chief Operating Officer of the Chamber of Commerce Hawaii.
Tricia Fetui serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Chamber of Commerce Hawaii, where she oversees the organization’s operations, membership, marketing and communications, programs and events, and public affairs teams. In this role, she helps advance the Chamber’s mission of strengthening Hawaii’s business community and driving initiatives that support the state’s long-term economic success.
Prior to joining the Chamber, Fetui held leadership roles with the Aloha Council, Boy Scouts of America (serving Hawaii, Guam, and American Samoa), March of Dimes Hawaii, The Queen’s Health Systems, The Madden Corporation, and Central Pacific Bank.
A recognized leader in Hawaii’s business community, Fetui was honored as a Pacific Business News Women Who Mean Business honoree in 2023 and was named one of Modern Luxury Hawaii’s Dynamic Women in 2025.
She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Domestic Violence Action Center, is a member of the ACCE Events Advisory Council, and is part of the ESPN Sheraton Bowl Events Committee.
Fetui earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Hope International University in Fullerton, California, where she was a member of the university’s women’s volleyball team.
Outside of work, she enjoys supporting her family’s pursuits and is a proud mother of two student-athletes, Josiah Fetui who plays football for the University of Hawaii, and Isabella Fetui who plays volleyball for Franklin Pierce University, giving her plenty of opportunities to cheer from the sidelines.

Tyler Kurashige

Big Brothers Big Sisters Hawaii
Tyler Kurashige is President and CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters Hawaii, where he leads the organization's statewide mission to create meaningful mentoring relationships for youth across Oahu, Maui, and Kauai.
With more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and community-based human services, Tyler has spent two decades with Big Brothers Big Sisters Hawaii, previously serving as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Program Operations. His leadership has focused on organizational growth, strategic partnerships, program expansion, and long-term sustainability.
A graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Tyler holds a master's degree in Public Administration. He believes deeply in the power of relationships to transform lives and strengthen communities throughout Hawaii.
