Mike Ching
Managing Partner

Mike is the managing partner for EY's Honolulu office, and a Banking & Capital Markets partner in the firm's financial services group. With 23 years of experience with the firm, Mike has served clients in both Hawaii and the US Mainland. Mike began his career in 1993 with EY in the Honolulu office, and in 2002, he transferred to Phoenix, Arizona where he led the firm's efforts to develop a financial services practice amongst the Phoenix, Denver, and Las Vegas offices. Mike returned to Honolulu in 2005 and became the Office Managing Partner in 2012. Mike left the firm in 2015 to become the Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer at First Hawaiian Bank, and returned to EY in June 2018.
Mike is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Hawaii. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Hawaii Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Susan Murray

Through Susan's passion for serving others, she discovered her calling in the health care field. She currently serves as The Queen's Health Systems Senior Vice President, West O'ahu Region and the Chief Operating Officer, The Queen's Medical Center - West O'ahu, overseeing operations and providing leadership in the growth and development of the 20-acre campus. She previously served as the Hawaii Regional Hospital Administrator and Regional Vice President for Quality, Safety and Service for the Kaiser Permanente Foundation Health Plan and Hospital, a position she held for 10 years. Her successful career in the health care field has also included positions at the Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children in Honolulu, the Women's Hospital in Baton Rouge, LA, and the Women's Hospital of Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
Susan attended Punahou, earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Hawaii and an MBA in Health Services from the University of Dallas.
Andrew Rosen

Andrew Rosen is an experienced media veteran who has led and built high performance teams, both nationally and locally, holding senior leadership positions with iHeart, Cumulus, Radio One, TargetSpot, Katz Media and now SummitMedia. Andrew is passionate about Hawaiian culture, language and its people. When he came back to Hawai'i, his first project was to rebuild Hawaiian 105. The station now is a home for local artists who can stop by to promote and perform their music which is heard on air and viewed across social media sites like Facebook live, providing local and worldwide coverage for our local artists. In addition, Rosen oversees FM-100 KCCN, Krater 96, POWER 104 and the first Olelo Hawaiian radio station, AM-940 KKNE.
He is a University of Hawai'i graduate.
