Lisa Truong Kracher
Vice President
Array Corporation
Lisa Truong Kracher is a dynamic leader with over 25 years of experience in human resources and staffing, business development, customer service, and sales. As Vice President of Array Corporation, Lisa oversees strategic workforce development initiatives following the acquisition of her two companies, Staffing Solutions of Hawaii (SSOH) and Na Kahu Malama Nurses (NKMN). Her expertise in both commercial and healthcare staffing has allowed her to drive the growth of these organizations, integrating advanced technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Lisa's career began with a solid foundation in the healthcare sector as a Senior Consultant in Process Improvement / Lean Six Sigma at Kaiser Permanente in California.
