Jan Hori is the Co-Founder and Co-Owner of the Hawaiian Pie Company, a family-run bakery known across Hawaii for its artisan pies and buttery baked goods, with nationwide shipping through Goldbelly and Food Network features.
A James Beard Foundation Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Fellow, Jan is a business leader who has built a career at the intersection of food, marketing, and community. She spent 17 years working with the NFL on the Pro Bowl and previously served as Marketing & Promotions Director for the Honolulu Star-Bulletin and MidWeek, where she launched the well-known “Hawaii’s Best” program.
She’s also the founder of Isle Concierge, a lifestyle management company serving high-end clients, and a passionate advocate for local business and entrepreneurship in Hawaii.

Nick Leong

Nick Leong is the Vice President of ProPark Inc., a family-owned parking management company established in 1980 that maintains more than 50 service locations across Hawaii. With over eight years of experience in the parking industry, Nick helps lead the company's operations across Oahu, Maui, and Kauai, focused on proactive management, customer service excellence, and maximizing parking efficiency and profitability for clients.
Prior to his work in parking management, Nick built a versatile professional background across multiple industries. He served in an IT capacity at Honolulu Disposal Services and held implementation and client services roles at several HR and payroll administration companies, giving him a broad foundation in technology, operations, and client relations.
Nick graduated from Punahou School in 2004 and went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Santa Clara University in 2008. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and staying active on the golf course and tennis court.

Nelson Oyadomari

Nelson Oyadomari is the Hawaii Regional Manager of Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI), a national mortgage lender headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. A 31-year veteran of the mortgage industry, he partnered with PRMI to bring the brand to Hawaii in 1999 and currently operates 2 branches on Oahu and manages a staff of 25 mortgage professionals.
In addition to his core mortgage career, Nelson keeps his plate full, with three real estate-related companies involving residential property acquisition, property management and commercial real estate development.
Although Nelson’s mantra through the years has been “stay in your lane”, an opportunity presented itself in 2024 to acquire a retail snack shop in Aiea that he rebranded as Aloha Creamery. Combining talents from family and close relationships, his Team turned a modest hole-in-the-wall into a thriving operation.
