Today, as Vice President, Nick plays a hands-on role in the day-to-day operations and client relationships that keep ProPark Inc. running smoothly across Honolulu.
Before finding his home at ProPark, Nick built a well-rounded foundation in business and operations through roles at Honolulu Disposal Service, Pacific Advantage Unlimited, and Hawaii Human Resources. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Santa Clara University, and brings a practical, people-first approach to everything he does.
As Vice President, Nick has been instrumental in modernizing operations — most notably helping implement a streamlined reservation system at Diamond Head. He's also a regular presence at city neighborhood board meetings, representing ProPark and staying closely connected to the community he serves.

In addition to his core mortgage career, Nelson keeps his plate full, with three real estate-related companies involving residential property acquisition, property management and commercial real estate development.
Although Nelson’s mantra through the years has been “stay in your lane”, an opportunity presented itself in 2024 to acquire a retail snack shop in Aiea that he rebranded as Aloha Creamery. Combining talents from family and close relationships, his Team turned a modest hole-in-the-wall into a thriving operation.
