Gloria Brooks
Chief Operating Officer
Hawaii Pacific Health Pali Momi Medical Center
Gloria Brooks is the chief operating officer at Pali Momi Medical Center, which has been providing care for families in West and Central Oahu for nearly 40 years.
Brooks has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Memphis and a master’s degree in business administration from Loma Linda University School of Public Health. She spent a decade leading information management and operations for medical groups on the mainland.
Brooks joined Hawaii Pacific Health, leading health information services at Straub Benioff Medical Center and HPH, before serving as vice president of hospital operations at Pali Momi and then COO.
She is a member of the local and national chapters of the American College of Healthcare Executives and has served as president of the Health Information Management Association in Hawaii. Brooks is also on the board of directors for the American Cancer Society’s Hawaii, the Kapolei Chamber of Commerce, Legacy of Life, and Residential Youth Services and Empowerment (RYSE).

Kaiser Foundation Health Plan & Hospitals in Hawaii
Ed Chan, MHA, RD, FACHE is President of Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and Hospitals in Hawaii and directs all health plan and hospital operations, working closely with the Hawaii Permanente Medical Group to improve the health of nearly 275,000 members statewide. Ed has developed high-performing, results-oriented teams in several Kaiser Permanente leadership roles. He serves on the board of the American College of Healthcare Executives — Hawaii Chapter.
Robin Kalohelani
Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
The Queen’s Medical Center – West Oahu and Wahiawa
Robin currently serves as Senior Vice President & Chief operating Officer at The Queen's Medical Center - West Oahu and Wahiawa. With more than 18 years of leadership experience within The Queen’s Health System, she has led transformative initiatives that have expanded healthcare access and strengthened care delivery across Central and West Oahu.
A recognized leader in healthcare operations and construction, Robin oversaw the development and opening of The Queen’s Medical Center – West Oahu, spearheaded multiple campus expansion and modernization projects, and currently leads a $300 million expansion that will double the hospital’s Emergency Department and add two new floors of patient care units.
Passionate about community engagement and leadership development, Robin serves on the boards of Saint Andrew’s Schools, Boys & Girls Club of Hawaii, and Blood Bank of Hawaii. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and an advocate for advancing healthcare excellence throughout Hawaii.
