Dennis Suo serves as the Executive Director of the State of Hawai‘i Office in Beijing (SHOB) leading Hawai‘i’s tourism, trade, education and government relations efforts across Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau. With over 20 years of experience in China business development and government relations, Dennis brings deep market insight and an extensive network across Greater China. His leadership drives strategic partnerships with airlines, trade, media, and government agencies, while advancing sister-state cooperation and multi-sector exchange initiatives, strengthening Hawai‘i’s long-term visibility and economic ties with the region.
Andrew Koh, Executive Director, State of Hawaii DBEDT, Taipei Office

Andrew Koh serves as Executive Director of the State of Hawai‘i Office in Taipei, where he advances Hawai‘i’s strategic interests across tourism, investment, trade, education, and subnational diplomacy. In this role, he builds high-impact partnerships with government agencies, airlines, travel trade, investors, universities, and industry leaders to strengthen visitor demand and brand presence, attract and facilitate quality investment into Hawai‘i, and expand bilateral trade opportunities. He also champions education linkages—supporting institutional collaboration, talent exchange, and student pathways—while deepening sister-city and sister-state relationships that create enduring people-to-people and business-to-business ties between Hawai‘i and Taiwan.
