In response to COVID-19, new employment policies under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) will be put into place effective April 1, 2020 and will stay in effect until December 31, 2020. These will include Temporary Emergency Family and Medical Leave Policy and Temporary Emergency Paid Leave Due to COVID-19 Related Reasons.

Kalani Morse is an experienced labor and employment attorney that has spent his career advising and representing clients large and small across a wide variety of industries: litigating civil actions in state and federal courts, handling wrongful termination, harassment, reasonable accommodation, breach of contract, and other employment and commercial litigation claims. He also handles administrative charges, wage and hour claims, labor elections, union grievances and arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, and administrative and judicial appeals.
