Please join us for our first Practical AI for Support Staff with PICHTR.
This is a hands-on workshop designed specifically for administrative professionals, coordinators, assistants, office staff, and other support professionals who want to learn how AI can make their everyday work easier and more efficient.
You don't need to be a technology expert to benefit from AI. Whether you're managing schedules, writing emails, organizing information, preparing documents, taking meeting notes, or juggling multiple priorities, AI can help you spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time on the work that matters.
This is not a lecture. It's an interactive working session where you'll learn by doing.
Led by Ian Kitajima, President & CEO of PICHTR, Hawaii's "Tech Sherpa," you'll explore the same AI workflows and tools that businesses are using today to work smarter, increase efficiency, and stay competitive.
You'll work with leading AI tools including: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM, Meeting transcriber via, Zoom, Google Meet, or a transcriber like Tactiq.io, and Loveable. No technical background is required—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to experiment.
By the end of the workshop, you'll leave with practical AI skills, ready-to-use prompts, time-saving workflows, and actionable ideas you can begin using in your business immediately.
Please bring:
Your laptop and power supply
