Please join us for our first Practical AI for Small Businesses & Entrepreneurs workshop with PICHTR.
Running a business means wearing a dozen hats—and AI can help you wear them all a little better.
Join us for a hands-on workshop designed specifically for entrepreneurs, small business owners, and business professionals who want to use artificial intelligence to save time, improve productivity, and grow their business.
AI is no longer a technology of the future—it's a practical tool that can help you market your business, communicate with customers, streamline operations, generate new ideas, analyze information, and accomplish more in less time. Whether you're just getting started with AI or looking to sharpen your skills, this workshop will show you practical ways to put AI to work immediately.
This is not a lecture. It's an interactive working session where you'll learn by doing.
Led by Ian Kitajima, President & CEO of PICHTR, Hawaii's "Tech Sherpa," you'll explore the same AI workflows and tools that businesses are using today to work smarter, increase efficiency, and stay competitive.
During the workshop, you'll learn how to:
- Write marketing content, emails, and social media posts in minutes
- Brainstorm business ideas, products, and services
- Create business plans, proposals, presentations, and reports
- Build custom AI assistants to automate repetitive tasks
You'll work with leading AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM, Copilot, and other practical business applications. No technical background is required—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to experiment.
By the end of the workshop, you'll leave with practical AI skills, ready-to-use prompts, time-saving workflows, and actionable ideas you can begin using in your business immediately.
Please bring:
Your laptop and power supply
Sorry, iPads and tablets will not work well for this workshop. If you need help setting up your accounts, please come at 8:00am. Otherwise, please arrive before 8:30am so we can start on time. If you are using a work laptop, please check with your IT department ahead of time to make sure you can access these tools. If that will be a problem, let me know and we can discuss using one of our training laptops for the day.
