The Kona Low Business Recovery (KLBR) Grant Program is a partnership between the State of Hawaii Department of Business, Economic Development & Tourism (DBEDT) and the Chamber of Commerce Hawaii (COCH).
Through this partnership, COCH will distribute $3.35 million in grant funding made available by the State of Hawaiʻi to support eligible non-agricultural small businesses on Oahu that have been impacted by the Kona Low storms in March 2026.
Eligible businesses may receive grants of $5,000 or $10,000. Applications will be reviewed and approved on a first-come, first-served basis, with grants awarded in the order applications are received and approved until all available funds have been exhausted.
