Oahu Kona Low Business Recovery Informational Webinar: How to Apply

Chamber of Commerce Hawaii’s Events unite the business community to enhance the state’s economic climate by fostering success for businesses and business leaders alike. The Kona Low Business Recovery (KLBR) Grant Program is a partnership between the State of Hawaii Department of Business, Economic Development & Tourism (DBEDT) and the Chamber of Commerce Hawaii (COCH).

Through this partnership, COCH will distribute $3.35 million in grant funding made available by the State of Hawaiʻi to support eligible non-agricultural small businesses on Oahu that have been impacted by the Kona Low storms in March 2026.

Eligible businesses may receive grants of $5,000 or $10,000. Applications will be reviewed and approved on a first-come, first-served basis, with grants awarded in the order applications are received and approved until all available funds have been exhausted.
