Did you hear the news? The City & County of Honolulu plans to reopen its Oahu Business Recovery (OBR) grant program on May 15. The City’s Office of Economic Revitalization and Chamber of Commerce Hawaii (CoC) are working in partnership to execute the program that aims to award an estimated $3.4 million in grants to Oahu small businesses. Key eligibility criteria includes that a company must prove a demonstrated loss in revenue of 25 percent or more due to the pandemic.
