We are bringing Unity to the Jr DevLeague Academy for Spring Break with two sessions to choose from.
Game development and design made fun for Students willing to learn C# using the Unity Game Engine. We’ve created a full workshop to teach a novice (or indeed an experienced coder!) how to create cross-platform game using Unity 3D. The course will be entirely project based, so our students will start by building a 3D game in C#.
Unity plays an important part in a booming global games market. The Unity engine is by far the dominant global game development software. More games are made with Unity than with any other game technology. More players play games made with Unity, and more developers rely on these tools and services to drive their game development.
This course is comprehensive, if you're a beginner we'll hold your hand from the very start. By the end you'll be learning about customizing a game to your own creative style. Anyone who wants to learn to create games: Unity 3D is a fantastic platform which enables you to make production-quality games. Furthermore these games can be created for Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android and Web from a single source!
