Our population is aging; people are living longer, and are wanting to live independently as long as they can. This panel discussion will explore strategies for managing elder care with work demands, resources available to employees to help elderly relatives stay safe in their homes and employer obligations to accommodate employees with caregiving responsibilities under the Family Medical Leave Act.

A healthy and productive work environment includes equal attention to mental health. Panel will aso address self-care, stress management and workplace stress, nutrition and sleep.
