This panel discussion will explore strategies for managing elder care with work demands, resources available to employees to help elderly relatives stay safe in their homes and employer obligations to accommodate employees with caregiving responsibilities under the Family Medical Leave Act.

11:10 AM - 12:20 PM - Workplace Strategies for Mental Health and Stress
A healthy and productive work environment includes equal attention to mental health. In this session, the panel further explains the basics of mental health, how to identify and address issues, self-manage, and helpful tips for happier, healthier and more productive employees and employers. Panel will aso address self-care, stress management and workplace stress, nutrition and sleep.
