Naomi Masuno, Vice President, is the Channel Sales Manager in the Retail Lending Division at Bank of Hawaii. She has more than three decades of banking experience, including assignments as Business Banker and Branch Manager. She has a passion for championing the cause of helping small businesses to succeed and has participated as a guest speaker at numerous workshops put on by the SBA, SCORE, US Department of Transportation, State Department of Transportation, State Department of Agriculture, the Wounded Warriors Program and the Hawaii Pacific Export Council.
Shannon Sheets currently serves as Vice President and Credit Manager at American Savings Bank within the Business Credit Management division. In her position, she is responsible for evaluating loan requests from existing and prospective clients and helping with the due diligence process to ensure that loans are made in accordance with bank credit policies and regulatory requirements. Sheets has more than 23 years of financial and risk analysis experience.
Susan Utsugi is Senior Vice President & Director of Business Banking at Central Pacific Bank. With more than 25 years of banking experience, Susan has held positions as Community Banking Region Manager, Senior Commercial Banking Officer and Branch Manager. She holds a bachelor’s degree of Business Administration in finance from Seattle University and is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School.
