Lisa A. Menor Miller, CPA, CFE, is a successful, proven professional with over 32 years of public and private experience in strategy & development, operations, management, finance, accounting and project management. Lisa focuses on strategically combining finance, operations, strategy and data analytics to achieve results and help leaders achieve business success.
Prior to joining BCR as an adjunct consultant, Lisa was responsible for domestic and international expansion and franchising strategy and development, Zippy’s Restaurants, as Vice President of Franchising and Special Projects. She previously held positions at HTH Corporation as Chief Operating Officer/Asset Manager, Cheap Tickets as Controller and more.
Lisa is a Hawaii Certified Public Accountant, graduate of Iolani Schools and University of Hawaii at Manoa. She is an active member and former board member of the Hawaii Asia Pacific Association Leader Group, and former Board Member of the American Red Cross - Hawaii.

A long-term Hawaii resident, Ken is the CEO/President and co-founder of Business Consulting Resources. He brings BCR’s clients over thirty-nine years of consulting knowledge working with private and public corporations, not-for-profits, the military and government agencies. BCR has grown over the past 39 years having built a consulting team of 13 consultants in Hawaii and operations in California and Florida.
Prior to co-founding BCR in 1981, Ken founded his own Life Insurance Agency in Hawaii and expanded that Company into a real estate and development firm, growing the Company to over 40 employees. Ken has owned and operated other diverse businesses throughout his career.
Ken is active in the business community and is the past Chair of the Advisory Board of the Family Business Center of Hawaii. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce Hawaii, the Hawaii State Art Museum, past-president of the Metropolitan Rotary Club of Honolulu. He is currently serving on the Board of Directors of The Royal State Corporation.
