Todd Beard has been a technology teacher and community organizer since 2000 working with communities around the world. Graduating with a focus in technology education and public administration, he is a leader passionate about partnerships and innovation. While working with Microsoft Citizenship and Public Affairs, Todd has led policy initiatives, developed digital alliances with local, state, and federal agencies. His collaboration include the Department of Energy, National League of Cities, the United Nations, State of Hawaii, the Mott Foundation and the Department of Defense. His works have been featured on PBS News Hour, the Discovery Channel, NBC's Education Nation, and at conferences across the United States. As an award winning designer, speaker, trainer, presenter, and Microsoft Innovative Educator Fellow, he has led his field in promoting innovations and collaboration using technology to unite communities.
