☕Join us at the September edition of Coffee Talks presented by ProService Hawaii: Raising Your Business Valuation. ☕
Did you know that for most business owners, their business represents about 80% of their net worth? Yet, shockingly, only 20% to 30% of businesses ever successfully transfer. Revenue and profitability are vital, but they’re just the tip of the iceberg when planning for a successful exit.
Join us for an eye-opening session where we'll dive into the crucial concept of Value Drivers—key factors that can significantly impact your ability to transfer your business smoothly and profitably. Learn why two companies with similar revenues can sell for vastly different amounts. We’ll also uncover how fostering a positive culture rooted in trust and honesty can transform your business’s valuation and set you up for success.
Don’t miss this opportunity to gain valuable insights from industry experts Dale Dixon, Chief Innovation Officer at Better Business Bureau Great West + Pacific, Marko Mijuskovic, Senior Partner and Certified Exit Planner at WestPac Wealth Partners, and Natalie Roberts, CEO and President at Ikadre.
We'll cover topics such as:
-
Building a Positive Culture
-
Attracting and Retaining Top Talent
-
Understanding Human Capital and Multiples
-
Value Drivers
-
Business Expansion
-
Business Value and Exit Strategy
-
