Stephen DeLay
Vice President & Regional Executive
Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco
He started his career as a consumer compliance bank examiner and has held several leadership positions during his career. Stephen served as the Director of the Consumer Compliance Supervision function, as well as a Senior Manager for consumer compliance, the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), and fair lending examinations. Additionally, he has managed Supervision and Credit’s Quality Assurance and Business Process Improvement functions
Academically, he holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the State University of New York at Albany and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School.
