Dr. Sandra von Doetinchem is a nationally recognized expert on workforce transformation, lifelong learning, and the role of experienced talent in the Future of Work. As Founder of Skilled Tomorrow, she partners with organizations to turn their workforce 50+ into a competitive advantage and coaches professionals to navigate mid-and-late career transitions with clarity and confidence. Sandra also serves as President and Founding Board Member of Hawai‘i Women in Tech, a local nonprofit she co-built, creating a collaborative ecosystem that empowers local talent to thrive and lead in a tech-driven economy. Her leadership experience spans global edtech, academic appointments at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, and lifelong learning research at UC Berkeley. An award-winning leader in AI-enabled skills-based hiring initiatives, Sandra holds a PhD in lifelong learning and is a certified career coach.
