As Founder of Skilled Tomorrow, she partners with organizations to turn their workforce 50+ into a competitive advantage and coaches professionals to navigate mid-and-late career transitions with clarity and confidence. Sandra also serves as President and Founding Board Member of Hawai‘i Women in Tech, a local nonprofit she co-built, creating a collaborative ecosystem that empowers local talent to thrive and lead in a tech-driven economy. Her leadership experience spans global edtech, academic appointments at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, and lifelong learning research at UC Berkeley. An award-winning leader in AI-enabled skills-based hiring initiatives, Sandra holds a PhD in lifelong learning and is a certified career coach.
