Dan Haire is the President and CEO of Navian Hawaii, bringing more than a decade of progressive experience across clinical care, healthcare operations and executive leadership. A BSN-prepared nurse with an MBA, he blends hands-on clinical expertise with a deep understanding of healthcare systems, regulatory frameworks, and financial stewardship.
Since assuming the CEO role in 2024, Dan has guided Navian Hawaii in expanding access to hospice and palliative care, advancing innovative care delivery models, and strengthening partnerships across Hawaii’s healthcare community. His work spans patient care, chronic disease management, care coordination, quality improvement and compliance within Medicare and other federal programs.
Dan is known for his thoughtful, collaborative leadership and his ability to translate complex healthcare challenges into practical, patient-centered solutions. His combination of tactical experience and strategic vision continues to make him an impactful advocate for improving healthcare delivery, strengthening system efficiency and supporting the well-being of our Hawaii communities.

Jennifer’s passion to serve others and the community, combined with nearly 20 years of fund development experience driving strategy, execution, and building incredible teams, has allowed her to partner with generous donors to raise nearly $60 Million for education, healthcare, and social services organizations across the state of Hawaii.
Jennifer is dedicated to the NonProfit community sharing her expertise as exemplified by her participation on national and local boards. Recognized by Hawaii Business Magazine as 20 for the Next 20: Hawaii’s People to Watch, she has also been recognized by Pacific Business News’ “Women Who Mean Business,” is a “Forty Under 40” honoree, and a Patsy T. Mink Fellow. Jennifer was also honored with the first “Young Professional of the Year” award by the Chamber of Commerce Hawaii and is a proud Rotarian of the Rotary Club of Honolulu. She serves as Board of Director for the Association of Fundraising Professionals U.S. Foundation for Philanthropy, EPIC ‘Ohana, and Board of Trustee for Abilities Unlimited Hawaii.
In addition to her CFRE and CFRM designations, Jennifer is a certified Master Trainer for the Association of Fundraising Professionals, a Charitable Estate Planning Institute Fellow, and received her certification for Nonprofit Board Consulting. She is a proud graduate of Hawaii Baptist Academy, the University of Hawaii at Mānoa, and Azusa Pacific University where she received her MA in Organizational Leadership.

Hilton R. Raethel, MPH, MHA
President and Chief Executive Officer
Healthcare Association of Hawaii
Mr. Raethel has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including 12 years in Southern California and more than 20 years in Hawaii. His areas of experience include healthcare association management, healthcare workforce development, governmental relations, business development, reimbursement, decision support, payor and provider contracting, medical and quality management, and health plan operations.
He was named President and CEO of the Healthcare Association of Hawaii (HAH) in May 2017. The Association is the nonprofit trade group representing Hawaii’s hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, home health providers, Type II adult residential care homes, and hospices.
Before HAH, Mr. Raethel served in executive roles at Hawaii Medical Services Association (HMSA), a Blue Cross Blue Shield affiliate. He also previously served at Hawaii Pacific Health, and at Loma Linda University Health Center.
He has a Master of Public Health (MPH) and Master in Health Administration (MHA).
He is married with four children, and enjoys stand-up paddleboarding, working on home improvement projects, and spending time with his family.
