As managing director of culture, learning and inclusion, Elliott provides strategic and operational leadership for diversity and inclusion, employee engagement and recognition, learning and talent development and employee events and volunteerism. He plays a pivotal role in driving the company's cultural transformation, ensuring the development of inclusive practices across all levels of the organization, and enhancing the overall employee experience and engagement across Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air.

Elliott began his journey with Alaska in 2007, starting as a content developer for our pilot training program. Over the past 16 years, Elliott has made significant contributions in areas such as social media, brand strategy, advertising, and loyalty marketing. His leadership in 2021 was pivotal in the design and launch of the Care Retreat, integrating CARE into our service framework and how we live our values.

Elliott's profound affinity for storytelling makes him an ideal candidate for honoring the finest attributes of our people and company. He is also unwavering in his commitment to invigorating our employees' experiences, championing our core values, and ensuring that every individual is embraced by a strong sense of belonging in our corporate culture.

Elliott holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is a recipient of multiple awards throughout his journey at Alaska Airlines including most recently the Breakthrough Performance Award in 2023 for work on Alaska Care Retreat.
