The Chamber's biggest event of the year returns on Tuesday, December 8, 2026 for a special Holiday Edition of Annual Membership Luncheon.

Celebrate the holiday season, and treat your team to a nice lunch at the Chamber’s Annual Membership Luncheon, enjoy an extended Exhibitor networking and holiday shopping session from 9-11:30 AM, instead of complimentary headshots – bring the team to take a Company Photo for your Holiday Cards at the Photo Booth, hear from Google Special Guest Speakers, and our Keynote Speaker, and celebrate award recognitions for the Chamber Board of Directors, Young Professional of the Year, Board Member of the Year, and Workforce Champion of the Year.

In partnership with Kapiolani Medical Center for Women & Children, which supports our keiki community, we invite attendees to bring an unwrapped new gift for keiki this holiday season. 9:30 - 10:30 AM Google Workshop: Make AI Work for You

During the Exhibitor Networking session, visit the ballroom to discover how business owners are using AI to overcome everyday challenges. This hands-on workshop covers practical use cases of the latest AI tools — so you can delegate tasks you've been putting off, brainstorm your way out of ruts, and cut down on repetitive administrative work. Perfect for growth-minded professionals and small business owners juggling it all, from marketing to customer service to finances. No AI experience needed, but even seasoned users will pick up something new.

Google Coach - California

Roberto Martinez is a founder, and creative architect of Braven Agency, a digital marketing agency, SMRTS.co, an AI Business Assessment CRM, and is Google’s West Coach, training over 20,000 entrepreneurs since 2018.

Roberto's expertise extends beyond the corporate sector, as he has actively engaged with governments, cities, and nonprofit entities to bridge the digital divide through programming including Delete the Divide, LA Optimized, and Digital Communities Program.

Dan Tadross
VP, GM, Public Sector
Scale AI

Dan Tadross is VP, GM, Public Sector at Scale AI, a dual use technology company that builds the infrastructure for the most ambitious artificial intelligence projects in the world. In this role, Dan oversees all aspects of Scale’s support to the U.S. public sector.

Prior to Scale, Dan served 12 years on Active Duty in the Marine Corps where he was a founding member of the Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC), a precursor to the Pentagon’s Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office. At the JAIC, Dan established the Joint Warfighting National Mission Initiative and led project Gargoyle, which focused on deploying Computer Vision for enhancing force protection.

Prior to the JAIC, Major Tadross, an Air Traffic Control Officer, was hand selected as a member of the Secretary of the Navy’s Innovation Advisory Council, where he conducted independent research at the MITRE Corporation on integrating AI into Aviation Command and Control. His previous tours included Marine Air Tactical Command Squadron 18 in Okinawa, Japan where he served as the Senior Air Coordinator and supported exercises in South Korea, the Philippines, and Australia. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University and a Masters in Technology Management from Georgetown University.
