After graduating from Claremont McKenna College in LA\, Robert began his career as an auditor in the Honolulu office of the international accounting firm KPMG LLP. He audited various clients including the State of Hawaii\, hotels\, ranches\, and local real estate firms. Robert left public accounting to work for James Campbell Corporation where he was involved with the division's finances\, operations\, and real estate transactions of varying sizes. Robert joined Island Pacific Distributors (IPD)\, Hawaii's premier architectural hardware and specialty products distributor\, in 2019 as President. IPD has 38 employee-owners and supplies general contractors for numerous construction projects throughout the State of Hawaii. He graduated from UH's Shidler School of Business Executive MBA program in May 2021. Robert is the Treasurer for the Punahou O-Men and a Board Member of the Boys and Girls Club of Hawaii where he serves on the Finance and Investment Committees.\n\n\n\n\n\nBlair Suzuki\n\nPresident & CEO\n\nKoa Restoration and Maintenance\n\n\n\nBlair Suzuki is President and Chief Executive Officer of KRM. He brings over 15+ years of leadership and customer service experience\, having served in various roles including Hawai'i and Guam General Manager for Otis Elevator Company\, as well as seven years as a US Navy Nuclear Surface Warfare Officer.\n\n\n\nBlair is a native of Ewa Beach\, Hawai'i and a graduate of James Campbell High School and the United States Naval Academy. He holds a Masters in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University and an MBA from University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School.\n\nBlair serves as the Vice-Chairperson for the Governor's State Advisory Board on Veterans' Services and serves on the boards of several local non-profits\, including Housing Hawai'i's Future and is also very active in several local community and business organizations.\n\n\n\n\n\nSharilyn Tanaka\n\nSenior Vice President\, Personal Lines/Independent Agents\n\nAtlas Insurance Agency\n\n\n\nSharilyn Tanaka is a Sr Vice President of Personal Lines and Independent Agents. She partners with individual clients\, Mortgage Lenders\, Realtors\, Financial Advisors\, Wealth Managers to protect their own personal assests and those of their clients through insurance. After 20 years of working in the Insurance Industry\, Sharilyn guides her clients toward an Insurance solution that fits their needs and budget. It is Sharilyn's professionalism\, positivity\, and sincerity that has gained the respect of her peers as she was awarded the Thanks\, Ah Award which was voted on by her peers. She has been interviewed on KHON and Hawaii News Now\, along with articles in the Pacific Business News Magazine\, Independent Agent Magazine\, and national insurance publications. She is a graduate of the Patsy T Mink Leadership Alliance Cohort 3\, Tradewind Group Leadership Development Program Cohort 1 and she was an honoree of the 2020 40 Under 40. In addition to her professional commitment\, Sharilyn is also active in the community as she serves on the Board of Directors for the YWCA\, Hawaii Homeownership Center\, and the Hawaii Independent Insurance Agent Council.\n\nSharilyn holds a BA in English and Speech from the University of Hawaii\, Manoa.  She also holds the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter Designation.
