Flaherty's experience over the past 25 years includes development in apartment\, commercial/retail and single family\, condo and townhome residential and hotel properties in Hawaii\, California\, Texas and Arizona. He is a graduate of Duke University and later completed a dual-degree in Law and business management from the University of San Diego. As a licensed civil engineer and the RME for ACK\, he oversees all strategy\, operations\, and financials for the company.
