DESCRIPTION:Please note: These events are not considered a mass gathering of more than 10 people\, the Chamber and the YP Program are taking several measures recommended by WHO and other health authorities\, one of which is requiring attendees to register so all can be easily contacted after the event\, if needed. We also encourage attendees to take proper CDC preventive measures such as no contact zone\, using hand sanitizer and staying home if you do not feel well. Developed with you in mind\, Aspire is designed to empower you - Hawaii's 21-39 year-old female professionals - to lead with the courage and confidence essential to sparking change for a better tomorrow. \n\n \n\n\n\nThe Aspire Program:\n\nOffered exclusively through Young Professionals (Chamber of Commerce Hawaii)\, the Aspire leadership development program is a fifteen-hour hybrid experience that will focus on up-leveling the following areas:\n\n	Self-management skills [conscious leadership]\n	Ability to grow trust with co-workers\, leaders and sub-ordinates [values\, boundaries\, accountability]\n	Ability to have tough conversations in and out of the workplace [integrity/influence]\n	Strategic thinking skills [problem solving\, decision-making]\n	Design an integrated work/life [visualization/goal-setting]\n\nThe six-session leadership development program will be designed and led by Dr. Charletta Wilson and will include Q&A opportunities with global leaders. Dr. Char will share key content inspired by Dr. Brene' Brown's global Dare to Lead  movement that grows BRAVE leaders and work cultures.\n\n\n\nWhat to Expect:\n\n\n	Kickoff event\, TBD\n	All program material included\n	Pre-work leading up to the first session\n	Six (6) 2.5 hour sessions located at Bishop Museum (Lunch included.
